What does it do?
Yin Qiao San stops mild cases associated with seasonal Cold and Flu from getting worse.
Yin Qiao San can be taken several weeks before the cold and allergy season for disease prevention.
Indications:
- Fever with little perspiration
- Slight chills
- Dry cough
- Sore, red, swollen throat
- Slight thirst, with desire to drink cold liquids
- Runny or blocked nose
- Itchy throat and ears
- Headache
- May be dyspnea (difficult or labored breathing)

Ingredients
Honeysuckle (Lonicera flos), Forsythia (Forsythia Suspensa Fructus), Balloon Flower (Platycodi Grandiflori Radix), Peppermint (Menthe Herba), Edible Burdock (Arctium Lappa), Crested Grass (Lophatheri Gracilis), Schizonepeta (Schizonepeta Tenuifolia), Fermented Soybean (Sojae Praeparatum Semen), Chinese Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Uranelsis Radix)

Directions:
Yin Qiao San should be used at the first sign of a cold, or during the first two days. It is also used for cold-prevention when you are exposed, or likely to be exposed, to the Flu or a cold. Yin Qiao San is amazingly effective for colds beginning in the throat.
Take recommended dose at the first sign of cold/flu. The formula should be taken 3 times per day for 5 days even if symptoms are gone. The granules may be dissolved in hot water to serve as tea or mixed into yogurt.
When treating with this formula, it is not recommended to eat fatty, greasy, raw, cold or acidic foods.
Stop using if any adverse reactions occurred.
If the symptoms are not improved in 3 days, it is not applicable for the case and discontinue use.
Precautions:
- Yin Qiao San is made for acute conditions and is not designed for long-term immune enhancement. For a daily supplement appropriate for long-term immune enhancements, use Yu Ping Feng.
- Do not use it for cases in which the body feels cold. Do not use this herbal formula if you don’t have a fever! If you have typical cold symptoms without fever, use Gui Zhi Tang instead.
