Eleutherocóccus senticósus is a shrub from the Araliaceae family that grows in the wild in the Far East. Eleutherococcus is often called Siberian ginseng; the roots of these plants have similar healing properties.
The shrub root contains eleutherosides (glycosides), saponins, flavonoids and pectin’s. Glycosides beneficial for central nervous system, improve cellular respiration and strengthen the immune system.
Saponins have anti-inflammatory and anti-sclerotic properties, and they also stimulate the synthesis of hormones. Flavonoids strengthen the walls of blood vessels and accelerate metabolic processes. Pectins promote the elimination of toxins from the body and create favorable conditions for the reproduction of beneficial intestinal microflora.

ATTENTION!
Due to the strong tonifying properties of Eleutherococcus, it is not recommended to drink this tincture in the afternoon. Even if the Eleuthero is taken 3 times a day, the last dose should be no later than 6 PM. If the remedy still causes insomnia, the last dose must be rescheduled between 2 pm and 4 pm.
The Eleuthero dosage should be mixed with 50-100 ml of warm water.
To increase immunity, prevent infectious diseases, improve vision and memory: take 25-30 drops once a day.
To lower blood sugar levels: take 30 drops, 3 times a day over a course of 2 weeks. Between courses take a break for 7-10 days.
For problems with potency: take 40 drops of remedy once a day over a course of 30 days.
For children aged 7 to 12 years: remedy should be given once a day, measuring 1 drop per 1 year of life.
